Part 1 — Yellow and Blue Belts
This Level 1 martial arts instruction introduces beginners to proper warm-ups, foundational stances, and basic techniques like blocks, punches, and kicks. It also covers simple self-defense drills called one-steps and introduces forms (kata) as structured movement sequences. The focus is on building balance, stability, and smooth movement.
